Ski length depends on your height, weight, and skill level. Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Consult our size guide on each product page for specific recommendations.
Do you offer binding mounting services?
Yes, we offer professional binding mounting. To ensure safety, please provide your boot sole length (mm), height, weight, and skier ability level during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for winter gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once bindings have been mounted to skis, they are considered a custom build and cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options if you need your gear before an upcoming trip.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their local government.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products sold by Ski Essentials are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. We are happy to assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the brand.
