Returns & Exchanges

At Ski Essentials, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all tags remain attached and original packaging is intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your unused equipment back into its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
